***ALL PLAYERS MUST HAVE A VALID US FIELD HOCKEY MEMBERSHIP, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO UPLOAD A PICTURE OF YOUR PHYSICAL CARD OR A SCREENSHOT OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP ON US FIELD HOCKEY
